Version 8.6 is Now Available Version
8.6 includes the following new and/or improved capabilities: · A field has been added to contain the name
of the prerson who referred a customer to the store. · The ability to
attach a file of any type (it could be text or an image) to an e-mail message
being sent to a customer has been added. · Added the ability to take a picture of
art, mats, or moulding and attach the image file to a SKU number in
inventory. This requires a TWAIN compliant camera. · Added the ability to create an index
of works of art that is unique to the store . ·
Added a
button to visualize a completed framing order by combining the image of the
work of art being framed and the images of the mats and mouldings
specified for the framing order . ·
Added the ability
to print gift receipts in POS . ·
Added a sales projection report for a
specified SKU number . ·
Added a
report showing accounts receivable prepayment balances . · Added the ability to take a special
order in POS and then add the special order item to the POS transaction . · Added the ability to generate a credit
card log report . · Added a report showing sales by image . · Added an interface to PowerPay to
process credit cards . · Added the ability to e-mail statements
(or invoices) to customers . · Added a field to note if a signed and
numbered print has a certificate of authentication or not . To upgrade to version 8.6 of
FullCalc do the following: · Click on the 'download' button at the
left. · Enter your user number and password. · The download page will then appear.
While on the download page do the following: 1 - Download the version 8.6 update and save
it on your computer. The 8.6 update is a 30 MB file. 2 - Print off the version 8.6 update
instructions on your printer. 3 - Download the version 8.6 FullCalc
Operating Guide and save it on your computer. This manual is a 45MB
file in Adobe Acrobat format. · Disconnect from the Internet. · Do the upgrade to version 8.6 by
following the instruction you printed off above. Remember to take a backup of your system before you start to
do the upgrade. Roma Moulding Product Number Changes Roma Moulding has changed some moulding product numbers. Roma will no longer have zeros at the beginning of any of its moulding product numbers. No Roma products have been discontinued from the Roma product line. From this point forward to avoid confusion and as a genera rule there should be no zero's placed in front of any Roma product numbers. If you have a Roma corner sample on your wall that has a product number that starts with a zero or multiple zero's simply drop the zeros and enter the product code from that first non-zero number. For example '00040' would now be entered as '40'. This change was made by Roma not by Eagle Computers. If you have any questions please contact your Roma Moulding sales representative.
